ALLSIDES announces simulation-ready digital twins for robotics

Published and reviewed 2026-10-27 · Primary source dated 2026-10-21

A vendor-announced capture pipeline connects real objects to 3D simulation assets. Its accuracy and production-scale claims have not been independently tested for this report.

Availability & maturity

Vendor-announced product/service. Access, delivery terms and licensing have not been independently verified.

What is documented

ALLSIDES announced an automated capture and reconstruction pipeline on October 20; its article is dated October 21. The company describes assets containing geometry, PBR materials and physical properties, with USDZ, GLB and OBJ export and workflows for NVIDIA Isaac Sim.

Why it matters

Connecting physical objects to simulation-ready assets could help teams inspect and test robot interactions in a shared spatial context. Asset generation is one part of a digital-twin workflow; it does not by itself establish a live operational twin.

Limits and unverified claims

Sub-millimeter accuracy, throughput, adoption and simulation transfer are vendor claims here, not independent benchmarks. We have not verified semantic zoom, collaborative operation, end-to-end latency, VR, AR or actual holographic displays. A simulation-asset service is not automatically an interactive system-visualization tool.
